Radical pragmatism is an attitude that wants to face the often erratic processes of the word as realistically as possible: each "season" has its own risk environment, its own leadership style, is its own test of endurance.
It is an attitude that is sceptical of any kind of fixed conviction and pure ideology, any prediction about tomorrow. It is an attitude that does not want to be suprised by surpirises: negative surprises as well as unexpected favourable opportunities.
